Your appointment is reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Please leave enough time to get to your appointment (anticipating traffic and parking). Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 20% of your scheduled service. After booking your appointment, an email and text will be sent prior to your appointment. You can confirm your attendance for your appointment with that email/text notification. Should you need to cancel or reschedule prior to the cancellation period - please call, text or email to cancel (you will not be billed if the cancellation is more than 24 hours from the time of your appointment). PLEASE NOTE: we do not store your full credit/debt card information on file.
